Ms. MacInnes is the owner of K MacInnes Law Group.  Kathleen practices mainly in the fields of corporate and securities law. Prior to starting her own firm, Kathleen was a principal owner with a Vancouver-based boutique corporate, securities and commercial litigation law firm.
